I don't think it makes much sense to list all superuser accounts to all users. This has the potential to give users a list of people to randomly email with problems, and isn't useful to them anyway.

#Solution#
I think the superuser list should only be shown to users with an admin role and ONLY if the user is logged in. If I wanted to audit the users with superuser abilities, I would check who is assigned those roles in the settings. This seems to be just another notification with no real usability.
