I would like to compare it with the categories in outlook. 

This would be useful to us, we get lots of call's on a day, so the list is long. I know you can use the filters but with colors we would have a more "viewable" display. It would be easier to differentiate and recognize certain problems.

Any chance of adding this little tool?
