Request Approval
Hi
There is an option in request workflow that says: "Do not assign technician before total approval" ... this works well but the strange thing is that request TASKS are all assigned before any approval !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How can i handle this? I want nothing to be assigned before approval.
