Request - Additional Fields
Hi,
I am using the "Request - Additional Fields" from within Helpdesk Customizer. I have a field called "Type of Request" which I complete, but if I edit the ticket using the Edit button, the value witch I gave earlier dissapears. It only affects this field as I am using other fields in witch the value remains.
Can this issue be corrected?
