Reports Sent to Deleted Technicians

We have several reports configured, both for regular reporting and also for Contract Expiration. We�ve found that when a technician has left the company and their Service Desk technician account is removed, the Reports Notifications are not updated to remove the Technician. We can�t have these important reports going no where and we can�t manually go through every report and every contract to manually remove the technician.

There should be a process within Service Desk to go through the database and remove the departed technician�s name from all of the Report Notifications.

Also...
When searching in Assets or Workstations, we now have the ability to enter a Requestor�s name in the search field and easily pull up all items assigned to that person. This is a great feature.

We need the same functionality in the Contracts section.

We�d like to be able to enter a Technician�s name in the search field and find all Contract Notifications assigned to that Technician. As it stands right now, we have no way of searching the Contracts to manually remove a Technician�s name from a contract notification if they are moved to a new position within the company or if they leave the company altogether.
