Reports no longer function after servicepack update
Reports no longer function after servicepack update to build 6015.
We were running build 6014 and running the ServiceDesk database on a backend database server "SQL 2005" and having no issues. Since we applied the servicepack to build 6015 or reports are completely blank with no data.
ServiceDesk Support:
Should we remove the update? or do you guy's have a fix?
