Reports - Latest conversation
Hi,
Has anyone managed to work out how to return the last conversation into a report? Our clients would like to see the last action against a request, be it by our reps or themselves, as part of a weekly report of open requests. I can't see any way to select this information from the report fields and the database is a real pig to navigate through so I wondered whether anyone else had managed this using a query report?
