Hi,
We are running the licensed AD Manager Plus ver 5031. We currently have 3 Heldesk technicians who have the privilege to unlock the user, reset password. We want to achieve the following:
1. Helpdesk should be able to generate report for Disabled, Not logged On, Inactive users.
2. Admin should be able to audit logs of the helpdesk user. E.g. If helpdesk User A has reset the password for a domain account, the admin should be able to trace it via the logs or report.
How can we achieve this? Thanks and Regards for all the help
