Sometimes there is a need for reporting without having to be a technician. Here is an example.

Sometimes a Director of a department needs to have some reports from the SD without having to be an Admin or a technician. Is there any way of making a simple requester to have the ability of creating or viewing reports without being technician or admin? And if not, don't you think that that would be helpful?
