Reports and Web Interface

Hi, just about reaching the point where I decide whether to buy OpManager or not and would just like to know if a couple things I am missing are in the works or not :)

1) From the OpManager Client I can get a nice graph of each Service, ie IMAP, SMTP etc when I click on Graphs - Response times - I can then select say, FTP, IMAP, HTTP, SMTP etc etc I can then go into detailed view and get a separate graph for each service, perfect, just what I need for reports, trouble shooting etc showing response times for services. There is no way that I can see to get this from the web interface, if you select custom report - response times - you only get a graph back for the ping of the device, any chance to make the web interface work like the client ?

In effect what I am saying is some more nice graph oriented reports from the web interface rather than all the table based ones that are there, which are mostly there for finding problems, but I also need to get at stuff for historical reporting.

2) Exchange 2000/2003 Monitoring, any news ? Is this likely in the near future, this would be really handy.

Apart from that I am pretty happy. A couple of minor points, would be good if you could customize the snapshot page, not everyone will want the same view. ie for me, having the alrams at the bottom makes no sense, I would like these at the top, if you could block the page so people could set it up how they want ?

A public view on the web interface would be nice, ie tell everyone to check here first berfore logging a helpdesk request that something is down.

Overall, this is a great product and I keep finding nice things.
