Reporting time spent on requests, etc.
One of our needs is to be able to report the time spent on requests (and longer term work - such as rolling out software - which we will enter as a request):
Obviously, since there is a way of entering time spent, I assumed there would be a way to print out the information or get it on screen.
Am I missing something?
