I had found this report and somehow it got deleted.  Unfortunately, I can no longer locate it.

 

It was just the 4 columns:

 

Technician    Resolved (Total Number)  Closed (Total Number)   Technician Changed (total number)

 

If I could select by Group and Month - that would be great!

 

This is MS-SQL.
