Reporting on monitoring parameters for servers in OpManager

Maybe this question might have been asked before. But is there any way i can report on the alerting and monitoring parameters and configuration i have set for each individual servers?
While monitoring servers, each servers might have different monitoring requirements. One server has a requirement to be alerted when CPU jumps to 90% whereas another one might require alerts when the CPU reaches 50%. Similarly, services and ports monitored on servers are different depending on the service they are running.
I can go screen by screen, go inside each configuration screens, take screenshots, print them out and end up with volumes of documentation and lots of wasted paper and ink. But that wouldn't be very efficient, would it? (Just think about how many servers we might be having)
The objective is to have these monitoring parameters printed out and officially signed off by the people in charge of these servers.
Therefore, is there a way i can easily extract those monitoring parameters in the form of a report. Thank you for your support.
