Is there any plan to make the reportable fields in archived reports, match that of the "all requests" reports?
For example, at present when reporting on archived tickets, under the advanced reporting section >column name drop down, there is no
Region option. As we use SD+ as a global tool, this makes global reporting on archived calls extremely painful.
Is there a particular reason why the reporting fields differ? If not could I ask that they match that of reporting on "live" tickets and that this be added to the road map please.
In the mean time is there a query report that could be written to run a matrix report on all tickets (live and archived) logged from and to a certain date (this way I can manually update the date range) so we can easily see these figures?
I would like it to look like the following with request types along the top and region down the left hand side, with totals;
