Hi There,

 

We are currently on ServiceDesk   6.0.0 - we will be upgrading shortly.  I'm trying to run a report on all closed jobs that have not been approved.  But there is no field "Approval Status" on which I can base my report.

Has anyone done this? Thanks in advance, Kerry
