Reporting - inaccurate data being produced on Active Requests

Hi there,

I seem to be having issues with producing accurate reports that relate to my team's workload.

The steps I take to produce the issue are:
  1. Click on Reports > New Custom Report
  2. Tabular Report
  3. Module:  Requests/All Active Requests
  4. Proceed to Report Wizard
  5. Choose the columns I require e.g RequestID, Created Time, Technician, Level etc
  6. Filter Options
    1. Date Filter
      1. Set to Last 12 months
    2. Advanced Filter
      1. Group is (select group)
      2. Pending Status is: True
  7. Select column to group
    1. Group By:  Technician
  8. All other settings are left as they are
  9. Run Report
A technician in my team has nine (9) support tickets assigned to him, and he isn't appearing in the results.

Also, I tried running the built-in report named Pending requests by Technician and this showed four (4) pending tickets, when he has seven (7).

I think its because when you use the Last 12 months option, it shows the To date as being the last day in the previous month.  E.g. today is 28 February 2024, but the filter shows the To date only up to 31 January 2024.



This might be an easy fix, but also probably a defect.
