Reporting Does Not Match

Hello,

I am testing the software and I noticed that everytime I run a report for different time periods, the data does not seem to match. For example, if I run a Utilization report from "2006-01-03 05:00" to "2006-01-03 06:00", it returns the data including the Max percentage. Let's say the Max percentage is 75%. I then run a report from "2006-01-03 00:00" to ""2006-01-03 06:00" which covers the same time period as the original report. The Max percentage comes back as 50%. I am wondering why the percentage is lower on my second report since the time frame of the report covers the first report. The Max percentage of the second report should at least be 75%.
