Reporting by tickets closed per Helpdesk Analyst
Hello All,
I need your advice on creating a report which gives a weekly/monthly summary of tickets closed per Helpdesk Analyst. Is there such a custom report someone has designed in the past I could have?
What I need is a report which highlights how many tickets closed per week/month per helpdesk analyst. Unfortunately we do not use the technican field so all calls are technically unassigned & therefore closed unassigned.
(I can manually check who closed the call down by going into each ticket & checking the resolution - it displays the technican name) - thats the only way im currently aware?
