Reporting (ie. Closed Request Last Week & Currently Open
I am trying to create a custom report for each of our clients (departments) at the end of the week, which I can forward on to them via e-mail (with the following parameters).
1. Show Closed Requests for the last week; &
2. Currently Open Requests.
Is this possible?
