Reporting: Searching History for Status Changes
I'd like to be able to run a report to show all reports that have had their status changed to "X" at some time during its history. For instance, when we farm a support request out to external support, we change the requests status. I'd like to be able to run a report showing me all the requests that involved external support, and which technician needed the support.
