Report Viewing Errors

We are evaluating NA (downloaded yesterday) and am interested in purchasing but have a problem when trying to narrow down the time window. We have a spike everyday @ 0945 so I ran a report from 0930-0950 (see attachment). However, when I click on one of the protocols, it shows no data available. I tried 0930-0945 and the same result but 0930-1000 gives me details but no data in the volume view up top.
