Report to show support group changes
Dear Team,
Is it possible to create a report in SDP or advanced analytics that shows all requests that have been transferred from one support group into another support group.
I want to see how many times that this happens over a period of the previous month. I would need to see the following columns
- Request ID
- Subject
- Request Time
- Operation Time
- Original Support
- New Support Group
- Time that change was made
- Technician that made the change
- Original Technician
- New Technician (if any)
