I'm currently evaluating OpManager with a view to it replacing our current monitoring solution. One of the things that could well make my mind up is the reporting function.
We have to produce monthly availabilty reports for areas of our network. Most areas have operating hours of 8am to 10pm on weekdays and 9am to 6pm at weekends although these vary across the network. Is there any way of customising the Time Window option for reports? The only choices available are All Day and 8am to 8pm. It would be great if I could create a series of Time Windows to make our monthly reports easier!
