I think this should be a simple report to produce but I can't find any way of making it work.  Simply put I want to see a sum of time spent on cases by technician in a pie chart.

However much I try I can only see a count of the cases rather than the time spent.  Is it possible?

Today is the first time I looked at the reports feature.  As an engineer I was hoping to avoid such kind of work. :)
