Report Requirements:
- Chart Type: BarChart 3D
- X-axis: Technician
- Y-axis: # of task with scheduled end time lesser than today
- Filter: Group = Service Desk
- Schedule: Daily
Is there a way to create such a report similar to SLA Violated requests by Technician?
