Report Requirements:
  • Chart Type: BarChart 3D
  • X-axis:  Technician
  • Y-axis: # of task with scheduled end time lesser than today
  • Filter: Group = Service Desk
  • Schedule: Daily
Is there a way to create such a report similar to SLA Violated requests by Technician?
