How  do I make a report  in te best way in my sdp msp(version 40001)  for a specific account

with

colums: Request ID, Subject, Technican, Created time,  completed time

Requst mode: Preventive maintenance

The report should  Sort this years preventive maintenance up until now and Group by month( jan , feb...)
