We currently have Automatic Request Closing configured. The closing is made after 2 days of resolved the request.

I want to see what a report would look like that allows me to view the requests that, for some reason, were not or could be closed automatically.

From the report wizard I did not find how to do it and I do not have much experience in queries to the database.

The SDP version we have is 10.0 Build 10015
