Report(s) for administration purposes
I've been asked to create a report
that will give us all the template names (Incident and Service Request) and the groups that they are routed to.
The report subjects seem to be limited to requests, changes and assets. We need the report above as a reference so that we don't miss things that need to to be changed when a group name changes (for instance) We will likely be trying to create several similar reports using fields that are difficult to find in the database. I've tried finding the necessary fields directly in the database (MS SQL Server 2008) with no luck.
