Report request please! - Requests not updated for 8 hours

My SQL query skills are not great and therefore I'm wondering if someone can help with the report below.
 
I need to create a ServiceDesk report to report on all open requets that are allocated to a group and technician, but have had no updates for the past 8 hours. The report results need to be grouped by 'group'.
