I was trying to get a specific report but i couldn´t do it. Can some on help me ?

I was trying to make a report that show me this information:

Informations:

- Total Closed Requests From a Group

- Real Time Spend on the Request

- Total Time Spend on the Request

Group By:

- Support Rep
