Hi,

I have been asked if a report can be produced that showed the number of conversations that a request has had. I have been through the reports and I am not able to see if there is an area that you can include "Conversations" with in a report.

Would I need to be looking at a script for this or a third party system like Tableau (currently what our company uses.
