Details of all complaints that have been Referred to a specific team by a technician. 

For Example; A technician who has been assigned a complaint , assigns it further to a team (Refer to Printer Team (that is also fed in the system as a technician) ) . I would like a report that shows details of such a complaint.

The following field are required:

Name of technician initially assigned to 

Name of team referred to 

Creation Date

Referred Date

Current Status

Also, I would like to know which table stores the information that is shown in the HISTORY tab of a request.
