First, if selecting the overall software name it fails to provide anything in the report, for example, if I choose Microsoft Office 2010, or Microsoft Office 2007 I get no machines having this installed, if I select the Outlook component then I get a list of machines.

Second, why does the list of machines only show the os and not provide the software and patch level details, the list is a bit useless without this information, plus I do not know if it is accurate without the info being supplied in the report.
