Report Possibility Question

My company is currently in the market for a NMS system and OpUtils seems extremely versatile and useful. The one thing we are looking for is to be able to generate a report that would give an uptime percentage for a specific switch/router interface over a given period of time w/ exclusions such as: Router Gi1/1 99.9% uptime over 90 Days, downtime occurred at X:XX am on X/X/X. So far none of the packages we have looked at can come with this data, I cannot find something which makes me think OpUtils can in the demo. Hopefully, I am wrong? The other thing would would like is to generate a report similar to this for servers, both windows and unix. A nice percentage uptime report for management, basically. Please help me to understand if OpUtils can fulfill these requests.
