Tried already the custom report but cannot get the desired output. 

Would like to request if you could give me a SQL query on the following bases below, the report should display the:

<Technician name>

<Group>

<# of tickets assigned to the technician per category>

<Total number of tickets per category>

<Category (i.e., System, Network)>

...the report should display an output per month.
