Hello!
Simple question here, we would like to generate a "Users last seen in Requests" report. Preferably something similar to the default "Users last login and logout time" report, with the "Last Login/Logout Time" and "IP Address" columns swapped for whichever is the most recent of:
- Last time User was registered as Requester in any Request, regardless of method (Self Service Portal, generated by email, added by Technician, etc).
- Last time User sent an email message, which was appended as a conversation to any Request.
Our Users count is currently several times larger than our active number of employees and consultants. We've had dynamic User addition enabled for close to a decade, and only a small subset of these is handled by Active Directory synchronization, since many Requests and conversations with external parties take place. We've reached a point where a major Users cleanup is due, and we plan to use "last seen in Request" as a criteria.
However, we can't quite figure out how to generate such a report, and are now asking for help.
