I'm looking to build a report to list the amount of requests that one approver has actioned. I have done this for Change requests but I can't locate the fields needed in the Request module. The use case is we have a contract approval workflow with different approval levels (finance, hr, legal, etc..) which the individuals would like to know how many they have approved in a given period. 

Is this possible via a query to show approved requests:

Request ID, Subject, Requester, SubCategory --> Grouped by completed year and filtered by one Approver name?
