Hi all, Is it possible to create a report in ServiceDesk Plus that shows the number of requests shared with a specific technician?
For example, we currently generate monthly reports showing the number of requests closed by each technician. However, I would also like to include the number of requests that were shared with each technician, to track all the requests they worked on or were involved in.
I found a field indicating whether a ticket "is shared," but I couldn’t find any field showing which technician the ticket was shared with. Is there a way to include this information in a report, either through the ServiceDesk Plus interface or a custom query?
