report on running work timer
Hi, I'm trying to create a report that shows us any tickets for a particular technician whose work timer is currently running. Sometimes techs tend to forget to stop the timer.
I'm trying to find a field/property that would show me whether or not the timer is running, but had no luck so far.
Is it possible at all? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
