Report on response times needed
We need a report on average response times per SLA.
Is it possible to have a report to show the average time between Request creation date, and the time of it's first Work Log item.
We would like the records to be grouped by Priority. And we would be running the report on a monthly basis.
We have to reporrt on response times to the SMT on a monthly basis so vital that we have this report. Surely this is a standard report that people need ? Has anyone created one ?
