Report on closure notes per technician
Greetings Comrades,
I have been hunting for a report in MSSQL which will show all Resolution notes for tickets closed in the last 7 days so that these can be reviewed with team members at their one-to-ones. The required column would be:
RequestID
Requestor
Title
Closed date
Technician
Resolution
I'm hoping someone with a greater mind than mine can help!
