Report not generating....Critical

We have been testing and analysing the Firewall Log Analyzer for the last one week.We have found out the following problems in this tool..
1. I have set the file creation interval and archiving with the default values.But I have found that archiving is not happending automatically. I have to manually give the Zip now command from the Archive options. Why it is not archiving automatically?
2. Today I have found another problem which I am not able to correct till the moment. The disk space on my workstation was filled with logs (this happenend because archiving didnt work automatically) , so I had to backup and move some of the logs to another machine.Then I restarted FWA and zipped other logs collected in the FWA machine. So far was good. Then I was looking for the days traffic and it was not showing any values, any graphs or reports. I checked the packet count and I have found that all the machines are showing more than 5000 records(5000 is what FWA mention as minimum). I tried with the deletion of my LEA server and added it again.But that didnt work and the effect was the same. Then I tried executing the command http://localhost:8500/fw/genreport.do and it showed a blank screen at the end..But with no outputs. So I would like to get a quick response for this problem!!
3. I have also found that the FWA server is restarting automatically and getting stopped also. I have checked the event viewer for further details and it is showing that the JVM instance are not responding and it is getting terminated after some time. This is happending even if there is enough space in the Harddisk. The log files collected at the FWA(not checkpoint logs) is also showing lots of exceptions and errors.
