Dear ME SDP Team,

I generate a report and export it as .xlsx. why did it always saved as .zip file. and everytime i tried to extract the zip file, it would return an error

right now i couldn't export any kind of report. it is always exported as .zip 

Can you help me to troubleshoot my issue? or could you explain it to me or how to fix it?

im using Manage Engine Service Desk 14.9 Build 14930 with Embedded PostreSQL
