REPORT NEEDED - Summery report by template type
We are looking to have a report made that shows us how many times a template was used in a month.
I.E. -
Jan Feb Mar
Default Template - 3 7 4
Account Template - 5 7 9
I would like it to be a 2015. We are using MSSQL.
