Report for the requests passes
Dear,
We need a report where we can see how much the request (with connection to its sub-category/item) was passed between technicians till finally it will be assigned to the last technician. This statistics will help us to make categorization as easy as possible (we use categorization and Business Rules to assign requests to appropriate technician group). Could you please help us with this report?
