Would it be possible to get a report made for open Tasks that are marked and not yet assigned? It's difficult to keep track of these so sometimes if a task does not correctly change to assigned when it should it'll go untouched for a while until we accidentally stumble upon it.

Having a report would be helpful since we could quickly identify these tasks and determine if it needs to be triggered or not (and also find out why they aren't being triggered).
