Report for all edited calls in one week
Hi,
I need a report for all calls which have been edited (note, mail, open, closed...) within one certain week. Might be easyer to say all the calls where a history entry is visible for a certain timewindow (f.e. last week).
This report needs to include the technicians and all the "executed times" in this defined timewindow even if there is no "executed time" entry.
Reason is, that we have lots of calls where timeentries are missing and so all our timespend reports are for the bin... We want to see where we missed to enter a executed time if we changed anything in a call.
