Report Flexibility
The reporting feature is decent, but we require more flexibility in choosing the types of fields and ranges to generate reports relevant to our needs. For starters, it would be helpful to be able to select service tags and serial numbers as a field for the reports.
I want to know which laptops are nearing the end of its lifetime based on processor speed, RAM size and HDD capacity. Currently, it would require hopping and switching between different reports.
The amount of info gathered per machine is very helpful, but it would help significantly if we were able to customize our own reports with the results.
We manage several sites, which we differentiate by IP ranges. Reports would have more meaning for us if they were site specific. For example, compA was last seen in this office. Or compA has been MIA for x days from office since the last scan. Is that an agent failure or is the desktop/laptop gone?
