Would it be possible to be able to create a Custom View against Created Time: 'Today', 'Yesterday', 'This Week', 'This Month' etc.

When you do a date filter on a report you can select

However when you create a Custom View you can only select a specific date. Which means I have to change the Custom View daily which is a pain.
