Report Critical Alarms on specific device

Hi,

In MSP , is important to show to the customer the number of critical alarms on a device , and the time until they clear.

This way , we can show that beacause we are notify immediately the customer IT team, will help this team to recover the device , sooner that before, so the MSP service is a real addtional value.

How to prove this? which report could we use? using tickets by alarms and show the duration? And when an alarm is cleared , is possible to close the ticket related to the same alarm in status critical?
